Hydration Station sits on Tower Plaza as a quiet counterpoint to the rush outside. We opened with a simple belief: that a well-made drink deserves your full attention, and that the space around it should feel as considered as the pour.

By day, our baristas pull careful espresso shots and pour single-origin coffees. By night, the same counter becomes a cocktail bar — gin, bourbon, and seasonal ingredients turning into something worth lingering over. No noise. No pretense. Just good drink, done right.
